Silicone emulsion paint
SILOKSAN FACADE is a water-borne, full-matt silicone emulsion based paint for mineral surfaces. The paint is very permeable and water-repellent.
New and previously painted facades outdoors, e.g. concrete, plaster, burnt brick, lime-sand brick and mineral boards.
SILOKSAN FACADE silicone emulsion paint is easy to apply with roller or spray. Its binder composition prevents the paint from becoming brittle by the action of UV-light or heat. As SILOKSAN FACADE is water-repellent it keeps clean even in urban climate, and acid gases in the atmosphere do not corrode it. SILOKSAN FACADE can be overcoated the same day. It does not require any separate priming coat on most unpainted or previously painted surfaces, when SILOKSAN GEL is added into the paint for the first coat.
